2. Does Your Package Meet the Christmas Guarantee Criteria?
Please use the following rules to determine if your package qualifies for the Christmas guarantee:
- Mixed Packages: If your order contains both "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" products and non-"Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" products, the package does not qualify for the guarantee.
- Pre-order Items: If the order includes pre-order items and their restock time does not fall within the Christmas delivery window, the package does not qualify.
- Fully Eligible Packages: If all items in your order are "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" products and the shipping address is within the eligible regions, the package qualifies for the guarantee.

If your order does not meet the Christmas guarantee criteria but you wish to split the shipment to ensure timely delivery of some items, please contact customer service to request split shipping or ask for alternative solutions in advance.
3. Conditions for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
To ensure delivery before Christmas, please meet the following conditions:

- Choose the Shipping Method Based on Order Time: When placing your order, select the appropriate shipping method ("Standard Shipping" or "Express Shipping") based on the cutoff time, and ensure to pay any applicable fees (if any).

4. Exclusions from Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
The "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" policy does not apply in the following cases:
- Delivery Address: The shipping address is outside the eligible regions for the Christmas guarantee.
- Force Majeure: Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events (such as strikes, traffic control, etc.).
- Customs Issues: Delays due to customs clearance when the customer has not promptly assisted.
- Address or Delivery Change: Any changes to the delivery address or request to stop shipment after dispatch, resulting in missed delivery windows.
- Signature Issues: If the customer fails to pick up the parcel or sign for it on time, leading to delays.
